Global Massage originates in the Gestalt Sensitive Massage by Margareth Elke. (It is a warm-oil, whole-body massage). It allows a deep relaxation of tissues, and nurtures the body and mind at a profound level. The essence of this massage is to give the body a real treat, relax deeply and feel reunited on various levels, body, mind and spirit in a safe and respectful environment.
Oils
Sylvie uses organic almond, apricot and jojoba oils and organic essential oils from Bioflore, Brussels (www.bioflore.be ).
The oils each carry individual healing properties, which assist in bringing more intensity and depth into the treatments. Essential oils are used for physical ailments such as nausea, swollen legs, muscular pains etc, but also for anxiety, stress and tension, which can be part of pregnancy and birth.
